Partner, public finance and economic modelling
Engineering graduate of ENSI Grenoble, with a PhD in economics and a PhD in information and communication sciences from Aix-Marseille University. More than thirty years of experience in public financial management, macroeconomic frameworks and information systems for government, including three years as a United Nations (UNDP) official in Madagascar.
He has carried out more than 45 PEFA assessments, often as team leader, including Climate, Gender and disaster risk management modules, for the European Union, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, AFD, GIZ and Enabel. A trainer and reviewer for the PEFA Secretariat, he presented the PEFA 2016 framework at its official launch in Budapest to nearly 300 participants from 76 countries. TADAT certified.
He develops computable general equilibrium and microsimulation models, notably for the eight WAEMU member states, and designs the data collection and collaboration platforms used during assessments.
